André's passion lies in enabling organizations and their employees to build better products by moving to a modern IT architecture. Before André co-founded LeanIX, a Software-as-a-Service vendor for Enterprise Architecture and Application Portfolio Management, he gained extensive experience as a Management Consultant at the world’s largest logistics company. In this role, he advised CIOs and IT leaders on strategic topics at the interface of business and IT. Projects included the execution of a global IT complexity reduction program and the definition of an IT service and cost charging model for their worldwide data centers. During his studies of Information Science in Germany and France, he built modern software architectures for both startups and large enterprises. He is a global thought leader and has spoken at several high-influence industry events including Gartner’s EA Summit, Hamburger IT Strategy Days and Rethink! IT.
At LeanIX, Christian built up a powerful Customer Success team, starting with 3 people in Bonn and growing it to 45 people in Bonn and Boston today. He introduced scalable processes for making customers successful in using the LeanIX SaaS solution and ensuring growth contribution by generating constant value of LeanIX to its customers.
With an extensive career in companies such as TellSell Consulting (now KPMG Strategy & Operations), Deutsche Telekom, IBM, Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, he is an expert in Digital Transformation, IT Management and Business Development and Leadership.
He has a background in Information Management (M.Sc.) at the University of Koblenz-Landau (Germany) with semesters abroad in Auckland, New Zealand, and Copenhagen, Denmark.
During his university time, he also founded “KoUnity”, a student-based consultancy, to enable students delivering projects to companies during their time at university.
Proudly married and with 2 children (3 and 6 years old), Christian is currently living in Bad Honnef (Rhein). He is a sports and travel enthusiast, and an avid inspiring books reader.

Craig is an experienced Enterprise Architect, having spent his early career as an Analyst/Programmer, then Solution Architect, he now Advises large Corporations and Government Agencies using Enterprise Architecture to help them deliver their Business Strategy. His passion is to reduce complex problems to the key insights with a focus on the intended objective.
The Citadel Group is the LeanIX distributor for the Asia Pacific region.
Albert is the Director of Solution Consulting APAC at Signavio. He is a professional software engineer focusing on customer-centric digital transformation and process improvement. Before joining Signavio, Albert headed the Solution Engineering Department for SAP (Customer Experience) in the region.

Highlights from the virtual EA Connect Days 2020 conference broadcast from Boston for a worldwide audience on May 20. The theme for the event was "Future-Proof Enterprise Architecture in a World of Rapid Change" and it featured thought leaders from companies like Atlassian, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Ernst & Young and more as well as musical entertainment and an alpaca.

For the 2020 EA Connect Days, participants gathered at the World Conference Center in Bonn and in a virtual space. Over the course of 14 hours, over 20 speakers inspired us with their vision of the future of Enterprise Architecture. On day two of the conference, users were able to join us onsite and online for the LeanIX Certified EA Associate training.
